| Bo Newsome is a freelance oboist, active in the Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina and in Alberta, Canada. He was selected as an Emerging Artist by the Durham Arts Council in 1993 and during the same year was a resident artist at the Banff Centre for the Arts in Alberta, where he was winner of the Banff Chamber Music Competition |
